What are my choices of chocolate for the chocolate fountains?
Our chocolate is imported Premium Belgian Chocolate. The chocolate is available in dark or milk. Belgian chocolate is included in the price of the rental.

How much chocolate do I need for my event?
Our pricing includes 16 pounds of belgian chocolate, the minimum required to run the fountain effectively. This will serve 100-150 guests. Additional chocolate may be purchased in 10 pound increments to accomidate larger events.

How many people will the chocolate fountain serve?
The chocolate fountain can serve an unlimited number of guests. Chocolate can be added any time during an event. We have fountains to serve 4 to 4000!

What are the dimensions of the chocolate fountain?
The chocolate fountains are a sturdy, commercial-grade piece of equipment. Constructed of stainless steel, the grand fountain is 34" in height and approximately 85 pounds before adding chocolate. The petit fountain is 27" in height, while the colossal is 44" in height.

Do I have to set up, tear down & clean up the chocolate fountain?
No way! Fortunately, members of our team do all the work for you. We are at your event 90 minutes prior to the designated starting time. The fountain will be carefully set up and the chocolate will be melted and flowing elegantly so your group can smell the sweet aroma of chocolate when they begin to arrive. We then will clean up and dismantle the chocolate fountain at the contracted ending time.

How long can I have the chocolate fountain at my event?
Our package includes use of the chocolate fountain for up to 2 hours. This does not include set up or tear down, which is done on our time. If you need more than 2 hours, we will gladly accommodate your request for an additional cost.

What accompaniments can be used with the fountain?
This is where you get to have fun and use your imagination. Nearly anything can be dipped into the fountain. The only type of food you should avoid are items which crumble easily. These will interfere with the smooth flow of the chocolate. Portion cups or a ladle fixes this problem and allows you to enjoy the chocolate with anything.

Do you provide the decorations for around the chocolate fountain?
The chocolate fountain itself is the ultimate decoration for any table. The chocolate fountain, along with the colorful array of fruit and other appetizers, is plenty of decoration to make the table appealing. We offer the option for fresh flowers to coordinate with your special event for an additional cost. Please call to discuss details.

Can the chocolate fountain be used outdoors?

No, any wind or rapid air movement will cause the chocolate not to run properly.

Do you require reservations & a deposit?
Yes, we require a reservation, a signed contract and a $200.00 deposit at the time of booking. Reservations are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis. The balance for your payment is due at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of your event.
